Shipping

Shipping – United States:

• We ship from Ohio using USPS.  For larger items or to save costs we may use FEDEX or UPS.
• We normally ship within 1 business day from receipt of payment.
• Typical shipping transit time in continental USA is 2 – 5 days.
• We will combine shipping on multiple items whenever possible.
• We do not change your shipping address by email. Please make sure your address is correct before checking out and making payment.
• We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and any other US State. (Free shipping is for continental 48 US states unless otherwise specified)
• Shipment of items over $250 require a signature confirmation upon delivery.

Shipping – International:

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
• In some cases we ship internationally direct, sometimes the eBay GSP is used.  See listing details.
• Normally international shipments are delivered in 7-10 business days but it may take longer depending on method of shipment chosen and your country’s customs handing time.

Returns

• We try to be fair and accurate with all items and descriptions. Please read each description, look at the pictures carefully and ask questions before purchasing. If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange a return and refund.
• Not all items we sell are new, read the description carefully and ask questions.
• We will accept returns for exchange (if available) or refund within 30 days of customer receipt of item.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Item being returned to being DOA (dead on arrival or not as described), buyer is responsible for returning the item back to seller before exchange or refund will be made. When the item is received by seller it will be inspected, if item is determined DOA or grossly misrepresented a replacement item (if available) will be sent and we will refund the return shipping you paid (up to the amount of the original shipping) or a full refund may be given (including shipping) at the sellers discretion.
• If the item is returned do to “Buyers Remorse”, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Refunded amount will be the purchase price only. Original and return shipping are not refundable.
• If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem. I have always been extremely fair and always try to work with my reasonable customers. Negative feedback doesn’t go away and should only be left as a last resort! I strive for positive feedback, harmonious relations and even some friendships.
• We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake.(It happens). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. Let us know if our service could be better!!
